Yes... but they are really hard to find, and generally speaking not well priced (higher rates).

I have a great program that allows 10% down and the rates are quite good. It also splits into two loans so you avoid mortgage insurance. It can't be beat! Yes, we offer 10% down on one loan with no hit to the interest rate for jumbo loans up to $850,000. Unfortuantely, I only lend in the state of Arizona, so I won't be able to help you. I'm certain there is a lender in your area who will be able to to do this loan though. It sounds like Ernesto is offering his services.

There are options with 10% down on one mortgage or a 80/9.99 combo but it matters where the property is, property type, loan amount, credit score, etc.
