Yes. You've got to be at least 18 years old, and the minimum age for an FHA-insured Reverse Mortgage is 62.

It's illegal to discriminate because of age, however you must be at least 18 years to apply for a mortgage and you must be 62 for a reverse mortgage.. Hi - as long as you meet income and credit and asset guidelines, you can be approved for a home loan.
