Don't have ssn is possible to buy a house?

Much more info needed.. If you don't have a SS number, then your probably not a citizen and are either here on a visa or here illegally.. in either scenario, you need to prove your income via US filed federal tax returns.. in which case you would need to have at least a Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN)... and although guidelines do allow for borrowers to purchase using a TIN, most lenders will not allow it.. Also, if one lender out there does do it, then they would need to know which type of visa you have and how long you have left before you're required to leave.. if you don't qualify for any conforming loan programs, then it's possible you might qualify for some type of hard money loan.. but expect the terms to be not so favorable.. higher interest rates, higher fees and lager down payment requirements.. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. William J.
