Is signing for a streamline refinance loan at my home legit?

I have been working on getting a streamline refinance loan through my current mortgage company. I finally got approved but they have offered for the signing to take place in my home. Is this legit? I checked with the BBB and the lender has an A+ rating. Is this common because I have never heard of it.Would I have to requalify for the loan if I go through a different mortgage company or could I still streamline refinance and forego having to requalify?Weda in TX

Yes.. typically, because the end of the month is the busiest time, lenders will allow title companies to hire mobile notary's to go to you for signing.. this is totally legit and has become a standard practice in the mortgage lending industry.
