Will any commercial lenders accept a 9% down payment

The only time I have ever seen a commercial lender accept small down payments is when they have a history with the borrower.. So if you've had several loans with the same commercial lender, then it's possible they would allow a smaller down payment. But regardless of how little a commercial lender might accept, you definitely have to have cash reserves... Find a lender who specializes in SBA loans, and depending on the property type, it's possible to get a 10% down, but even SBA requires cash reserves in addition to your down payment.. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. William J. I offer SBA loans that up to 100% and I also have a couple of options that only require 5-10% down depending on the type of commercial loan and type of property. Feel free to contact me at 973 979 4100 or 800 315 8803. Ask for Jamie or Bart, both of us have been lending since the late 80's. Until then, we look forward to hearing from you.
